Employee Benefits

TOC provides medical, dental, life, vision, disability and other voluntary coverages to some 11,000 Northwest employees.

Although our large-group buying power helps lower your cost of providing these benefits, our first priority is service. From answering questions about enrollment and billing, to helping solve your claims issues, to handling all aspects of your COBRA administration, your personal employee benefits rep is always there to help you.

In addition, TOC offers cafeteria plan administration services to pay flexible spending account (FSA) claims.

If you have at least 25 employees, are engaged in manufacturing or a similar business, and are not currently receiving benefits through Regence Life and Health Insurance Company, you may be eligible to participate in one of our fully insured trusts.
